Loa Angeles Police Department Bicycle Officer Injured in Koreatown Crash on Ardmore Avenue
Koreatown, California (April 2, 2022) – A Los Angeles Police Department bicycle officer was hit and injured by a vehicle on Friday morning in Koreatown, authorities said.
The accident occurred at about 8:00 a.m., on April 1, in the 900 block of South Ardmore Avenue.
According to the police, the police officer was struck by a vehicle on the road in unclear circumstances.

The officer was injured in the accident and was hospitalized for treatment.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested for DUI.
Traffic on the roadway was stopped for an unknown period due to the collision.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
