1 Hurt in San Jose Truck Accident on Interstate 280 Freeway near Highway 101
San Jose, California (April 5, 2022) – One person was injured in a collision involving a semi truck in San Jose on Tuesday morning, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck happened on Interstate 280 Freeway near Highway 101 at around 12:50 p.m.
CHP said a green Toyota Tacoma pickup truck collided with a big rig in the southbound lanes of I-280 for unknown reasons.
Firefighters responded to the scene and attended to the parties involved in the accident.

The driver of the pickup was treated for injuries sustained to their left arm.
