1 Killed in Car Accident on Highway 41 near Avenue 15 in Madera
Madera, California (April 9, 2022) – One person was killed in a fiery head-on collision in Madera on Friday night.
The deadly collision was reported at around 11:52 p.m. on Highway 41 near Avenue 15, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two vehicles reportedly collided head-on in unclear circumstances.
One of the cars reportedly caught fire after the collision.
Officials say one person died in the crash.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
