1 Seriously Injured in Car Accident on 8 Freeway near Los Coches Road in El Cajon
El Cajon, California (April 9, 2022) – One person was seriously injured in a traffic collision early Saturday morning in El Cajon.
The accident was reported at around 1:12 a.m. on Interstate 8 Freeway near Los Coches Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At least three vehicles were involved in the collision, but the cause of the accident was not immediately established.
Officials say one person was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
