1 Killed and 2 Injured in Car Accident at Perris Blvd and John F. Kennedy Ave in Moreno Valley
Moreno Valley, California (April 9, 2022) – The suspect of a stolen vehicle died after crashing into a car at an intersection in Moreno Valley on Friday.
The accident happened at Perris Boulevard and John F. Kennedy Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Moreno Valley sheriff's deputies were pursuing a suspect in a stolen Nissan Sentra when it sideswiped a vehicle near the intersection while “recklessly swerving in and out of traffic and passing in between vehicles”.
Police Pursuit Ends in Deadly Collision in Moreno Valley
The driver continued driving the wrong way on Perris and crashed into another vehicle. The impact of the collision caused both vehicles to crash into a cinderblock wall.
The unidentified suspect was killed in the crash.
