Bryan Alvarez Among 2 Injured in Merced County Collision on Highway 140
Merced County, California (April 12, 2022) – Bryan Gonzalez Alvarez, 23, of North Hills was among two drivers injured in a collision on Sunday morning in Merced County, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened at around 11:55 a.m. April 10, when Alvarez was driving a 2016 Volkswagen sedan north on North Cunningham Road.
Alvarez reportedly failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection and collided with a 2018 Audi sedan heading west on Highway 140.

Both Alvarez and the other driver, Christina Hawley, 43, of Walnut Creek, were transported to Modesto hospitals with major injuries.
Roads in the area near the scene were closed for the investioan.
The CHP is investigating the incident.
