61-Year-Old Rohnert Park Man Seriously Injured in Napa County Crash on Highway 128

Napa County, California (April 12, 2022) – A 61-year-old man from Rohnert Park suffered serious injuries in a crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle in Napa County Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred on Highway 128 near the Napa-Solano County Line just before 8:25 a.m.
The man, according to CHP, was riding a Harley Davidson north on SR 128 when he made an unsafe passing and swerved across the double yellow lines.
His motorcycle collided head-on with an oncoming 2017 Ford F-550 work truck.

The motorcyclist was transported to Kaiser Vacaville with major injuries.
The driver of the truck, a 38-year-old Santa Rosa man, was not hurt.
The CHP is investigating the accident.
