2 Men Injured in Fresno County Crash on Newmark Avenue and Highway 180
Fresno County, California (April 14, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a Wednesday afternoon traffic accident that left two men injured, one seriously, in Fresno County.
The crash occurred at about 3:45 p.m. on Newmark Avenue and Highway 180.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a car was headed eastbound on Highway 180 when an oncoming westbound SUV turned to head northbound on Newmark Avenue. Unfortunately, the two vehicles collided.
As a result of the crash impact, the SUV reportedly flipped over. Two parties were ejected from the SUV.

One of the ejected people had to be airlifted with serious injuries, and the other was sent to a nearby hospital with moderate injuries.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
