One Dies in Cajon Pass Crash on I-15 Freeway near Highway 138
Cajon Pass, California (April 15, 2022) – One person died following a multi-vehicle collision on the southbound I-15 Freeway in the Cajon Pass on Friday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a semi, a silver Honda, and a motorcycle were involved in the wreck.
Authorities responded to the scene north of Highway 138 at around 1:49 p.m.
The San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the scene and located one person unresponsive.

The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At least two other parties sustained minor injuries.
The CHP closed all southbound lanes of I-15 as they investigated the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
