5 Injured in Indio Car Crash on Calhoun Street and Avenue 48
Indio, California (April 16, 2022) – Five people were injured in a crash between two vehicles in Indio on Saturday.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the collision occurred at Calhoun Street and Avenue 48 just before 3:07 p.m.
Details on what led up to the collision were not immediately released.
Two people sustained moderate injuries while three others had minor injuries.
The five patients were taken to hospital for treatment while the sixth involved person declined treatment.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
