2 Killed in Pomona Car Accident on Pomona (60) Freeway near Reservoir Street
Pomona, California (April 17, 2022) – Two people were killed in a multi-vehicle collision in Pomona early Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck took place at around 1:55 a.m. on Pomona (60) Freeway, west of Reservoir Street.
CHP said the vehicles collided on the eastbound side of the freeway.

It's unclear what led up to the accident.
Two people died in the crash.
At least one person was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
All eastbound lanes of the freeway were shut down for the investigation.
The cause of the accident remained under investigation.
