Jose Cabrera Injured in Visalia Collision on Highways 198 and 99
Visalia, California (April 18, 2022) – Jose Cabrera, 30, was injured in a fatal car accident that took place in Visalia on Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck happened on highways 198 and 99 at around 4:15 a.m. April 17.
Cabrera was reportedly heading north in the southbound lanes of Highway 99 when he collided head-on with an oncoming Nissan.

The driver of the Nissan, a 36-year-old, was killed in the accident.
CHP said Cabrera suffered major injuries and was taken to Kaweah Health Medical Center.
According to the report, alcohol is suspected to have played a role in the accident and Cabrera is expected to be arrested on multiple charges.
The crash is under investigation.
