Steffan Coulson Dies in Tulare County Accident on Highway 99 near Highway 198
Tulare County, California (April 18, 2022) – Steffan Coulson, 36, has been identified as the victim of a fatal collision in Tulare County on Sunday morning, according to a local news source.
Jose Cabrera, 30, was reportedly driving the wrong way northbound on southbound Highway 99 when he collided head-on with an oncoming Nissan driven by Coulson.
The wreck took place near Highway 198 at about 4:15 a.m. on April 17.

Coulson was killed in the accident while Cabrera suffered major injuries.
Medics transported Cabrera to Kaweah Health Medical Center for treatment.
Alcohol is suspected to have played a role in the collision and Cabrera is expected to face multiple charges.
