Two Injured in Chula Vista Crash on I-5 near State Route 54
Chula Vista, California (April 19, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a crash involving multiple vehicles on Interstate 5 in Chula Vista early Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened near State Route 54 at around 5 a.m.
At least three vehicles were involved in the collision, which occurred on the northbound side of I-5.
Two people were taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
The CHP is investigating to find out what caused the collision.
