David Ducoing Dies in Riverside Scooter Crash on Tyler Street and Wells Avenue

, California (April 20, 2022) – The man who was killed in a scooter collision in Riverside on Tuesday night has been identified as David Ducoing, 48, of Riverside, according to Riverside police.

The crash occurred on Tyler Street and Wells Avenue at about 8:15 p.m. April 19.

Police said Ducoing was riding a east on Wells Avenue when he collided with a 2015 Chevy Suburban traveling south on Tyler Street.

Ducoing died in the incident.

The driver of the Chevy was not injured and stayed at the scene after the crash.

Police are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
