Jadyn Hall Killed in San Luis Obispo Crash on Broad Street and Industrial Way
San Obispo, California (April 21, 2022) – Jadyn Louise Hall, 29, of San Miguel, has been identified as the driver who died after being involved in an accident in San Luis Obispo on Sunday morning, according to the authorities.
The crash happened at the intersection of Broad Street and Industrial Way just after 11:30 a.m. on April 17.
Hall was the driver of one of the involved vehicles. It's unclear what led up to the crash.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and attended to the involved drivers.

Hall was trapped in the wreckage and unconscious.
She was extricated and transported to a local hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased.
The second driver was evaluated at the scene and released.
