Rider Injured in North Hills Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 405 near Roscoe Boulevard Off-Ramp
North Hills, California (April 29, 2022) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after colliding with a car Thursday morning in Los Angeles's North Hills neighborhood, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident occurred just before 7 a.m. on southbound Interstate 405, just south of the Roscoe Boulevard off-ramp.
The motorcyclist collided with a red Mazda CX-5 under unclear circumstances.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene and blocked all southbound lanes of the freeway.
The motorcyclist was taken to Northridge Hospital Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
All traffic lanes were reopened after about 20 minutes.
CHP is investigating the accident.
