Rider Seriously Injured in San Diego Motorcycle Accident on Highway 94 near Kelton Road
San Diego, California (April 29, 2022) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a Friday morning crash that happened in San Diego, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident occurred at around 7:13 a.m. on eastbound Highway 94, near Kelton Road.
A car reportedly cut off a motorcyclist on a Harley-Davidson, causing the crash.
The rider sustained major injuries, including a broken hand. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to take the victim to the hospital.
A witness told police that a burgundy Ford Edge was traveling at a high rate of speed when it cut off the motorcyclist, causing the accident.
CHP officers are investigating the collision.
