Marcos Enriquez Arrested after Deadly Upland Car Accident on Campus Avenue near Foothill Boulevard
Upland, California (May 5, 2022) – Marcos Enriquez, 29, of Fontana, was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a crash that left one person dead on Tuesday night in Upland, according to the Upland Police Department.
The incident took place at about 11:43 p.m. on May 3, on Campus Avenue, just south of Foothill Boulevard.
Enriquez was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed on Campus Avenue when he collided with another car.
The driver of the second car died in the collision.

Enriquez was arrested on suspicion of DUI and vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
Authorities closed Campus Avenue for several hours as they investigated the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
