1 Injured in Collision on Highway 101 near Westhaven Drive in Humboldt County
Humboldt County, California (May 8, 2022) – One person was seriously injured in a car crash that occurred near Westhaven in Humboldt County on Sunday morning.
The accident was reported at around 9:19 a.m. on northbound Highway 101 near Westhaven Drive.
According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles were involved in the crash. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
The emergency crew who arrived at the scene found a female passenger unresponsive inside one of the cars.
The unidentified woman was transported to the hospital with major injuries.
No additional information about the crash was provided.
