2 Hurt in Fallbrook 3-Vehicle Accident at South Mission and Quail Knoll Roads

Fallbrook, California (May 10, 2022) – Two people were hurt in a Monday morning Fallbrook multi-car crash that happened at South Mission Road and Quail Knoll Road.
The California Highway Patrol said a black Nissan Cube, a silver sedan and a purple sedan were involved in the accident just after 11 a.m.
The North County Fire Protection District responded to the scene with a fire engine and an ambulance.
Two people were injured in the accident. One of the patients was taken to Temecula Valley Hospital for treatment. The other party, only identified as a woman, refused transportation.
CHP is investigating the accident.
