1 Killed in Fiery Fresno Car Crash on Clovis Avenue near Central Avenue
Fresno, California (May 14, 2022) – At least one person was killed in a fiery traffic collision on Saturday morning in Fresno.
At around 5:28 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a collision on Clovis Avenue near Central Avenue.
Two vehicles collided on the roadway in unclear circumstances. Both vehicles overturned after the collision with one catching fire.
Officials say one person was killed in the accident.
Information on the identity of the victim was not immediately disclosed.

CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
