1 Injured in Collision on Highway 138 near Hess Road in Phelan
Phelan, California (May 18, 2022) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a traffic collision that left at least one person injured on Tuesday afternoon in Phelan.
The accident was reported at around 3:24 p.m. on Highway 138 near Hess Road, according to the CHP.
Two vehicles were recovered at the scene of the accident. The circumstances of the collision were yet to be established.
