1 Seriously Injured in Traffic Crash on San Miguel Canyon Road at Castroville Boulevard in Prunedale
Prunedale, California (May 20, 2022) – An early morning head-on collision in Prunedale left one person trapped with major injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at about 1:32 a.m. on San Miguel Canyon Road at Castroville Boulevard.
An Audi sedan collided head-on with another vehicle for unknown reasons.
One person was trapped inside the Audi, unconscious and with major injuries. Emergency crews responded to the scene and freed the victim. The patient was hospitalized in an unknown condition.
Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.
CHP is investigating the accident.
