1 Killed in Orange Accident at Tustin Street and Taft Avenue
Orange, California (May 21, 2022) – A late night crash involving two vehicles at Tustin Street and Taft Avenue in Orange turned fatal on Friday, according to the Orange Police Department.
Shorty before 10:30 p.m. May 20, a Porsche was stopped for a red light on Taft Avenue when it tried to make a turn onto south Tustin Street and was struck by a northbound Kia Soul that ran a red light.
The man driving the Porsche was pronounced deceased at the scene. His name was not immediately released.

The driver of the Kia was hospitalized with critical injuries.
Police said the Kia driver was suspected to have been under the influence of drugs.
The Orange Police Department is investigating the incident.
