1 Severely Hurt in Two-Vehicle Collision on Highway 25 at Wright Road in Hollister
Hollister, California (May 28, 2022) – One person was airlifted to the hospital after a two-vehicle collision that happened Friday night in Hollister, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred at about 11:17 p.m. on Highway 25 at Wright Road.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to find one of the cars blocking the roadway and the other in a ditch.
The firefighters requested an air ambulance to airlift one person who suffered severe injuries. The patient underwent surgery for the injuries.
Both vehicles were towed away from the collision scene.
CHP is investigating the cause of the incident.
