1 Killed, 2 Children Critically Injured in Fiery Sacramento Crash on Highway 160 near Antioch Bridge
Sacramento, California (May 30, 2022) – One person was killed in a head-on collision that left two people critically injured near Sherman Island in Sacramento on Sunday night.
The California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a head-on collision on Highway 160 at around 10:21 p.m.
One person was killed in the crash.
Two children were critically injured in the crash and were flown to Children's Hospital in Oakland and UC Davis.
Two other people were injured in the accident and were transported to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek.

Sacramento, California (May 29, 2022) – One person was killed in a fiery head-on collision on Sunday night in south Sacramento.
The deadly crash happened on Highway 160 near the Antioch Bridge at around 10:21 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two vehicles reportedly collided head-on in unclear circumstances.
The impact of the collision caused one of the cars to overturn and catch fire.
At least one person was killed in the crash.
The identity of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
