Rider Seriously Injured in Riverside County Motorcycle Crash on 66th Avenue

Riverside County, California (May 31, 2022) – A motorcyclist was airlifted to the hospital after a Monday night Riverside County crash, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck was reported at about 11:23 p.m. on 66th Avenue, just east of Colfax Street.
The motorcyclist collided with another vehicle under unclear circumstances.
Cal Fire and CHP officers responded to the scene.
The CHP officers closed the roadway to allow a Cal Fire helicopter to land and airlift the rider to the hospital. The rider was transported to the hospital with major injuries.
No other details were given, but CHP is investigating.
