Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 17 in Los Gatos

, California (June 2, 2022) – Minor injuries were sustained in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday afternoon in Los Gatos, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The pileup took place at about 4:20 p.m. on southbound Highway 17, just a quarter of a mile north of Highway 9.

The collision involved a black Mercedes E-350, a maroon Chevrolet El Camino and a blue Honda Civic.

All three vehicles were blocking the No. 1 lane after the accident.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and helped an unknown number of parties who sustained minor injuries.

CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
