1 Injured in Collision on Point Reyes Petaluma Road near Nicasio Valley Road in Petaluma
Marin County, California (June 6, 2022) – One person sustained major injuries in a two-car crash on Monday morning in Nicasio, south of Petaluma.
The accident happened on Point Reyes Petaluma Road near Nicasio Valley Road at around 10:50 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two vehicles were involved in the wreck. Authorities, however, did not immediately establish the circumstances under which the crash occurred.
One person was seriously injured in the morning collision and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the crash were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
