1 Sustains Minor Injuries in Chico Crash on Highway 99 at Gaia Way
Chico, California (June 10, 2022) – An early Friday morning big rig accident in Chico left one person hospitalized, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred at about 4:48 a.m. on southbound Highway 99 at Gaia Way.
The crash involved a blue Ford Explorer, a Toyota Tacoma and a big rig.
One of the drivers sustained minor injuries. The patient was taken to Enloe Medical Center for treatment.
The report did not mention the cause of the collision, but an investigation is ongoing.
