At Least 1 Hurt in San Diego Crash on Interstate 805 Freeway near Interstate 8 Freeway
San Diego, California (June 13, 2022) – At least one person sustained major injuries in a traffic collision in San Diego County early Monday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred on Interstate 805 Freeway near the Interstate 8 Freeway and involved a white pickup truck and a black Honda Civic.
The two crashed for unknown reasons and the impact caused the pickup to roll onto its roof.
Emergency crews responded to the site of the collision and attended to the parties involved in the accident.
At least one person was seriously hurt in the incident. Details on the identities of the involved parties and the extent of their injuries were not released.
The vehicles were towed from the site of the collision.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
