1 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Interstate 405 near Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles
Los Angeles, California (June 15, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision that happened Tuesday evening near Sherman Oaks in Los Angeles.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pileup happened at about 6:04 p.m. on southbound Interstate 405, just south of the Skirball Center Drive.
A Ford Explorer, a Chevrolet Malibu, and a third car were involved in the accident.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and transported one person to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
The Ford acquired front and rear-end damage and the Chevy sustained front-end damage.
CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
