1 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision on 80 Freeway near Fitzgerald Drive in Oakland
Oakland, California (June 17, 2022) – One person suffered minor injuries in a traffic collision on Thursday evening in Oakland.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on eastbound 80 Freeway near Fitzgerald Drive.
At around 6:08 p.m., officials responded to the scene of the crash and recovered three vehicles that were involved in the crash.
The events leading up to the collision were not immediately established.
CHP says one person was injured in the crash and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
