Major Injuries Reported in San Bernardino Semi-truck Crash with Car on I-215 at Baseline Street
San Bernardino, California (June 17, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle crash that left at least one person with major injuries on Interstate 215 in San Bernardino, Friday morning.
According to the CHP, the collision took place at about 11:03 a.m. on 215 Freeway, north of Baseline Street.
The crash involved a gray semi-truck and black Honda Civic.
First responders located the semi in the HOV lane and the Honda facing sideways in lanes 3 and 4 of I-215.
Reportedly, at least one person was hospitalized with major injuries following the collision.
No additional details regarding the incident were provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
