Four Injured, Three Hospitalized after Jurupa Valley Crash at Etiwanda Avenue and Jurupa Road
Jurupa, California (June 19, 2022) – Four people were injured in a two-vehicle collision that happened Saturday afternoon at an intersection in Jurupa Valley, a local news source reported.
The collision took place at about 2:33 p.m. at Etiwanda Avenue and Jurupa Road, involving a red hatchback and a silver sedan.
Firefighters from the Riverside County Fire Department responded to the crash site and freed at least one person trapped inside the wreckage.
Paramedics evaluated four people at the scene and transported three of them to the hospital with moderate injuries. The fourth patient refused hospitalization for the minor injuries sustained.
The hatchback acquired heavy damage to the passenger side, and the sedan sustained a rumbled hood.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
