One Hurt in Fresno Accident on Shaw Avenue near Highway 99
Fresno, California (June 19, 2022) – One person was injured in a traffic collision that occurred in Fresno on Saturday afternoon, according to the Fresno Police Department.
The incident took place on Shaw Avenue near Highway 99 at around 3 p.m. on June 18.
Police said two cars collided in the area when one of the drivers failed to stop for a traffic light.
A small SUV was left hanging over the overpass on Highway 99.
Authorities responded to the scene and helped the people get out of the SUV.
One of the drivers was treated for minor injuries.
Further details on the collision were not immediately released.
