At Least 1 Hurt in Ramona Car Crash on Highway 78 at Ramona Highlands Road
Ramona, California (June 20, 2022) – At least one person was hurt in a DUI collision that happened Sunday afternoon near Ramona, the California Highway Patrol.
The head-on crash occurred just after midday on eastbound Highway 78 at Ramona Highlands Road.
A silver Mazda and a white car were involved in the accident, blocking traffic lanes.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and helped at least one person who suffered minor injuries.
Authorities said the crash involved a DUI driver but did not give more details.
CHP is investigating the incident.
