Injuries Sustained in Bakersfield Accident at Calloway Drive and Rosedale Highway
Bakersfield, California (June 27, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a traffic crash that involved a Kern County Fire Department vehicle on Sunday afternoon in Bakersfield, according to the authorities.
The fire department vehicle reportedly collided with a sedan at the intersection of Calloway Drive and Rosedale Highway at about 5 p.m. on June 26.
The fire engine reportedly had its lights and sirens on and was responding to a nearby fire when the crash happened.
Authorities said one person was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
The crash remained under investigation.
