1 Suffers Major Injuries in Sunland-Tujunga Crash on Interstate 210 near Sunland Boulevard
Los Angeles, California (June 29, 2022) – One person suffered major injuries when at least two vehicles collided Tuesday afternoon in Los Angeles' Sunland-Tujunga neighborhood, the California Highway Patrol said.
The wreck was reported just before 2 p.m. on the eastbound 210 Freeway just east of Sunland Boulevard.
A Nissan Sentra collided with at least one other vehicle under unclear circumstances.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene shortly after being notified of the accident.
One person sustained serious injuries in the incident, and an ambulance was sent to the scene to take the patient to the hospital.
The Nos. 4 and 5 lanes of the freeway remained blocked for an unknown period following the incident.
