Three Hurt in Lathrop Accident on I-5 Freeway near State Route 120
Lathrop, California (June 29, 2022) – Three people were injured in a Lathrop traffic collision on the I-5 Freeway Wednesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened in the northbound lanes at the connector to eastbound State Route 120 at around 2:23 p.m.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision, and both of them caught fire.
CHP said three people were left with minor to major injuries.
Both vehicles were removed from the site of the collision by tow trucks.
The CHP is conducting an investigation to establish the cause of the collision.
