Minor Injuries Sustained in Sacramento Car Accident at Madison Avenue and Hackberry Lane
Sacramento, California (July 2, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle collision that happened Friday night at an intersection in Sacramento.
According to the California Highway Patrol, six vehicles were involved in the accident at around 9:22 p.m. on westbound Madison Avenue at Hackberry Lane.
Reportedly, a white Acura slammed into several other vehicles and a streetlight pole for unknown reasons. The Acura overturned onto its side, and the pole was left leaning badly.
As per the report, only minor injuries were sustained in the accident. It was not clear if anyone was hospitalized, but emergency personnel responding to the scene also went to Mercy San Juan Medical Center to check if there were walk-in patients from the collision.
The Acura was towed away with a missing wheel and suspension.
CHP is investigating the accident.
