Minor Injuries Sustained in Concord Accident on Port Chicago Highway and Almond Avenue
Concord, California (July 8, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a collision that caused one of the vehicles to roll over in Concord on Thursday evening, according to a report by the Concord Police Department.
The crash happened at Port Chicago Highway and Almond Avenue near the John Muir Medical Center on Thursday, July 7.
A red Acura and a white two-door coupe were involved in the collision that caused the Acura to flip.
Police said there were reports of minor injuries in the collision.
The number of parties injured in the incident was not specified.
Authorities urged motorists to avoid the area of Port Chicago Highway and Almond Avenue as the scene was examined and cleared.
The cause of the incident remained under investigation.
