David Massaro Injured in Napa County Accident on Silverado Trail
Napa County, California (July 8, 2022) – David Massaro, 34, of Sebastopol, was seriously injured in a Napa County collision that happened on the Silverado Trail on Wednesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred south of Wappoo Hill Road at around 3:25 p.m. on July 6.
According to the report, Massaro was driving a 2014 Volkswagen southbound on the Silverado Trail when it collided with the left side of a 2002 Honda that was pulling out of a driveway onto the Silverado Trail.
Massaro, his passenger, Lauren Barrett, 31, of Sebastopol, and the driver of the Honda, Margarito Trinidad, 47, of Napa, were all transported to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center with major injuries.
A section of the Silverado Trail was shut down as crews worked at the scene.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
