At Least 1 Hurt in Gold Run Crash on 80 Freeway near Gold Run Offramp
Gold Run, California (July 12, 2022) – At least one person sustained minor injuries after a multi-vehicle collision on Monday afternoon in the area of Gold Run, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The accident happened around 2:00 p.m. on July 11, on eastbound 80 Freeway, just west of Gold Run Offramp.
Per the report, three vehicles collided for reasons still under investigation.
Firefighters and medical personnel responded to the scene and attended to at least one person with minor injuries due to the collision. The total number of victims was not immediately known.
One of the vehicles sustained a blown-out tire and was towed away from the scene.
No additional information regarding this incident was released.
