Holly Mahnke Killed in Newman Accident on Eastin Road at West Stuhr Road
Newman, California (July 21, 2022) – Holly Mahnke, 21, of Modesto, was killed in a big rig collision that occurred in Newman on Friday, according to the authorities.
The incident happened in the area of Eastin Road at West Stuhr Road on Friday, July 15.
According to the report, a vehicle traveling in the area had stopped for a stop sign at the intersection before proceeding into the path of a big rig, leading to a crash between the two.
Mahnke was a passenger in the vehicle. Medics performed life-saving measures on her but she succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
The driver was flown to Doctors Medical Center with major injuries.
No other injuries were reported. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
