1 Injured in Car Crash on Highway 101 near the 680 Freeway in San Jose
San Jose, California (July 23, 2022) – At least one person was hurt in a two-vehicle crash on Friday evening in San Jose.
The California Highway Patrol says the accident happened on Highway 101 near the 680 Freeway at around 8:43 p.m.
A gray pickup truck and a minivan were involved in the collision. Although the manner in which the accident happened was yet to be established, the impact of the collision reportedly caused one of the cars to flip over and land on its wheels.
Officials say at least one person was injured in the crash and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
More information about the accident was not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
