Jennifer Allen Injured in South Lake Tahoe Accident on Black Bart and Hank Monk Avenues
South Lake Tahoe, California (July 23, 2022) – Jennifer Allen, 40, of South Lake Tahoe, was injured in a deadly traffic crash in South Lake Tahoe on July 20, according to the authorities.
The wreck happened at about 6:48 a.m. near Black Bart and Hank Monk avenues.
According to the authorities, Charles Idell, 47, of South Lake Tahoe, was driving a Yahama north on Black Bart Avenue when he collided with a Toyota pickup that was trying to make a left turn onto Black Bart Avenue from Hank Monk Avenue.
The crash left Idell with major injuries. He was rushed to Barton Memorial Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Allen was the driver of the Toyota and was taken to Barton Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The authorities are investigating the incident.
