Scooter Rider Injured in Malibu Crash on Pacific Coast Highway at Heathercliff Road
Malibu, California (July 24, 2022) – One person was killed in a Saturday afternoon scooter accident in Malibu, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 1:52 p.m., on July 23, on Pacific Coast Highway at Heathercliff Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a scooter rider was traveling on the highway when a vehicle pulled out in front of him.
The rider was injured in the accident and was hospitalized for treatment.
The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
