6 Hurt in Napa Accident on Highway 29 near Imola Avenue

Napa, California (July 25, 2022) – Several people were injured in a chain-reaction collision in Napa on Saturday night, according to the authorities.
The incident took place on Highway 29 near the Imola Avenue interchange at around 10:10 p.m. on July 23.
According to the report, a 1988 Cadillac was heading south on northbound Highway 29 when it clipped an oncoming 2003 Toyota.
The impact caused the Cadillac to spin, and it collided with a northbound 2021 Tesla.
A female passenger in the Cadillac sustained major injuries, while the driver of the Toyota, a 56-year-old Napa man, had minor injuries. They were both transported to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center for treatment.
The three occupants of the Tesla were treated for minor injuries at the scene.
The driver of the Cadillac was airlifted to Kaiser Permanente Vacaville Medical Center with moderate injuries.
Highway 29 was closed as authorities worked to clear the scene.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
